Rachael specializes in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Anger Management, Mindfulness, and Trauma informed Care. Rachael also has experience treating Sex-Offense Specific Behaviors. The majority of her psychotherapy focuses on Anxiety, Depression, PTSD and Relationship Issues. Rachael facilitates weekly sessions helping clients address these challenges and offers free 15 minute phone consultations upon request.
